Darbhanga Medical College and Hospital (DMCH) is a renowned government medical college and teaching hospital located in Laheriasarai, Darbhanga, Bihar, India. Originally established in 1946, it is one of the oldest medical colleges in the state and is affiliated with the Bihar University of Health Sciences (formerly with Lalit Narayan Mithila University) and approved by the National Medical Commission (NMC). The college offers an MBBS program (120 seats) along with various postgraduate MD/MS courses across multiple specialties. Clinical training takes place in its attached multi‑specialty teaching hospital, which serves thousands of patients daily from Darbhanga and surrounding districts.
