All India Institute of Medical Sciences Gorakhpur is a premier government medical science research institute located in Gorakhpur in the state of Uttar Pradesh in India. The Institute was established under Pradhan Mantri Swasthya Suraksha Yojana (PMSSY) by the Government of India to improve health services and medical education in the region of Eastern Uttar Pradesh. The Institute is under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.

The Institute is providing MBBS courses along with nursing and other health courses. The Institute is providing MBBS courses to only 125 students every year. The Institute is affiliated to a multi-specialty hospital providing high-class health services to patients from Gorakhpur and other nearby regions in Eastern Uttar Pradesh and other states.

The students are given clinical experience in various disciplines such as General Medicine, Surgery, Pediatrics, Orthopedics, Obstetrics & Gynecology, ENT, Ophthalmology, etc. The Institute is providing high-class medical education, research activities, and health services to the public. With modern facilities and equipment, AIIMS Gorakhpur is becoming a major healthcare and medical science research center in Eastern Uttar Pradesh.
